British four-piece Glass Animals are set yet again to shatter Oz stages this July.
The band, made up of childhood friends Dave Bayley, Drew MacFarlane, Edmund Irwin-Singer and Joe Seaward, will kick off the tour in Melbourne then will stop by Brisbane. The band will finish up in Sydney.
Their debut album Zaba, which was released two years ago features the breakthrough single ‘Gooey,’ which was certified gold status in Australia (their first anywhere in the world). The track rocketed to Triple J's Hottest 100 at #12- the highest placed UK act for 2014.
Zaba was released through Caroline Australia/Wolftone, produced by frontman Dave Bayley and executively produced by Paul Epworth.
Their live story continued to explode in 2015, playing before thousands at festivals worldwide, including 25,000 people at Outside Lands and sold out Central Park Summer Stage as well as Reading & Leeds and Glastonbury.
Boasting over 20 million streams in Australia alone, it is time for Glass Animals to return to Australian shores to showcase their unique brand of trippy synths, rhythmic guitars and bass.
