Kehlani Hits Australian Road With SweetSexySavage World Tour

Lose all your defenses and fall captive to the acclaimed R&B pop sensation, Kehlani who is taking her SweetSexySavage World Tour to Australia this August. The fierce songstress will be bringing her passionate and sultry voice to venues in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Kehlani's first mix tape release in 2014, Cloud 19, catapulted the Oakland-born singer's career. Her second mixtape that was released in 2015, You Should Be Here, collected praises and she was swiftly signed by Atlantic Records. Later that year, she embarked on her debut headline tour, selling out shows across North America and Europe. In early 2017, she released her debut album, SweetSexySavage, and is lighting fires worldwide with her new singles Crzy and Distraction.

Kehlani’s musical journey begun in eighth grade when she became a member of the group Poplyfe. The group became a finalist on America’s Got Talent, after which Kehlani took time in the studio and began working on her debut mixtape, Cloud 19. Upon release, tastemakers and audiences alike embraced her. Vice proclaimed her an “R&B Artist on the verge of blowing up”.

Soon after, Kehlani released her second mixtape, the Grammy nominated You Should Be Here. The mixtape landed on Noisey’s “50 Best Albums of 2015” and Rolling Stone’s “20 Best R&B Albums of 2015”. Complex also tagged her as one of the “15 Artists to watch out for in 2015”.

Showing no signs of slowing down, her song "Gangsta" was featured on the soundtrack for the hit movie Suicide Squad last year and she collaborated with fellow singer-songwriter Zayn Malik on the track, "Wrong".

Kehlani possesses the power to make an impact because she’s so unwaveringly honest.

“I am one-hundred percent music” claims Kehlani, and we couldn’t agree more.

Why not grab your tickets and see for yourself why Kehlani is dubbed as a musical force waiting to explode?
