Following a successful Australian debut last year, VidCon, the world’s largest online video community event, returns to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and will run over three days—from 31 August to 2 September.
Last year's conference saw huge crowds descend on Australia’s creative capital in celebration of digital video—and this year will be no different. Top YouTube stars will participate in a range of Q&As, discussions, interviews, meet and greets, demos, workshops and more. The amount of content on offer will be carefully curated with a view to inform and educate video creators, fans and industry professionals alike.
Started out in 2010 by vlogger brothers John and Hank Green in Southern California, VidCon quickly expanded and now, it continues to gather fans, veteran and amateur creators, working professionals, and industry thought-leaders from across the globe to celebrate the online video ecosystem.
