Vance Joy To Hit Australian Roads This September

After releasing his second studio album ‘Nation of Two’ last February, ARIA Award-winning singer-songwriter Vance Joy has now announced the Australian leg of his ‘Nation of Two World Tour'. Kicking off with a two-night stay at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion, the tour will head its way to Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena. Meanwhile, back-to-back performances will be witnessed by fans at the Thebarton Theatre in Adelaide. Brisbane Riverstage will be the next stop then the last two performances will be held at Perth's Fremantle Arts Centre.

‘Nation of Two’ came out last 23 February via Liberation Records. It is a follow up to Vance’s critically-acclaimed debut record, 2015’s ‘Dream Your Life Away’. "I'm feeling really good about [the new album], it was a long time coming," said Vance about the album release in a print interview with scenestr.

The tour will see Vance performing hits off the album—including ‘Lay It On Me’, ‘Like Gold’, ‘Call If You Need Me’ and ‘We’re Going Home’ to name a few—with his band. Opening the shows for him will be Brissie alternative indie pop group Cub Sport and Melbourne singer-songwriter Didirri. Apart from the Aussie dates, Vance will also be doing shows in North and South America, Europe, Africa and New Zealand.

Since 2013, Vance Joy has been sharing his incredible talent to the world. So far, he’s released two albums with chart-topping singles, not to mention the mega-hit 'Riptide', embarked on tours and even supported country pop superstar Taylor Swift on her 1989 World Tour.
