Michael Bublé To Play An Exclusive Sydney Show This October

Global superstar Michael Bublé is playing a special Sydney show this October to mark the closure of Allianz Stadium, which will be closed for three years for refurbishment and reconstruction. The show will be Bublé's first visit to Australia since his hugely successful, record-breaking 2014 tour.

Beginning with a passion for singing and interpreting great standards from the American Songbook, Bublé’s unprecedented musical career began with the release of his self-titled Top 10 album and a Canadian Juno Award for “Best New Artist”. Bublé has sold over 50 million albums across the globe and has had multiple no. 1 albums in Australia. His album 'Christmas' has been on the top of the charts seven years in a row and has sold over one million records in this country. Under his belt are four Grammy Awards, 13 Juno Awards, three DVD releases and sold out tours across the globe. He has also starred in five NBC Holiday Specials.

In early July, after a near three-year layoff, during which he focused on his sons successful battle with cancer, he took the stage in Dublin’s Croke Park in front of 65,000 fans to unanimous rave reviews. The next weekend, he headlined British Summer Time in London’s Hyde Park where over 50,000 fans stood in the rain and sang along with him.

Bublé believes that the layoff has given him a new perspective on his life and that he has channeled the love and pain into an eighth studio album, due out later this year. “This perspective has cost a lot but it has allowed me to truly rekindle a romance with music,” he said. “And I can’t wait to get to Australia and perform.”

Joining Bublé as special guests will be Australian music sensations Guy Sebastian and Busby Marou. Since his 2003 debut, Sebastian has sold over 5.1 million singles and albums and performed over 17 national tours, 2 UK tours, 1 European tour and 1 US tour. He is the only Australian male artist to have ever achieved six number one singles and two number one albums in chart history. His breakout international hit 'Battle Scars' featuring Lupe Fiasco spawned over 2 million units in the US alone. Meanwhile, critically-acclaimed Queensland duo Busby Marou’s debut self-titled album was certified ARIA Gold in Australia in July 2014, while their follow up album 'Farewell Fitzroy' debuted at #5 on the album chart. Their third and most recent album 'Postcards From The Shell House' is the duo's first ARIA #1 album.

Book your tickets to Michael Bublé's exclusive Aussie show this October and we guarantee that "I'm feeling good" are the only words you'd be uttering before, during and after the show!
