John Mayer Returns Down Under For Three Intimate Evenings of Music This Autumn

Seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter John Mayer is returning to Australia in March next year. He will be performing first at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre then will head his way to Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena before wrapping up at Sydney's Qudos Bank Arena. The AU dates will follow his exclusive NZ show happening at Auckland's Spark Arena.

'New Light', 'Love on the Weekend', 'Heartbreak Warfare', 'Daughters', 'Waiting on the World to Change' and 'Your Body Is a Wonderland' are just some of the hits that he will be performing on what will be his first Aussie tour since 2014. "I can't think of a better place to start my world tour than New Zealand and Australia. It’s been way too long since I’ve been back there," said John Mayer.

2017's 'The Search For Everything' (released through Sony Music New Zealand) is Mayer's seventh studio album. It was preceded by debut album 'Room for Squares' in 2002, 'Heavier Things' (2003), Platinum album 'Continuum' (2006), Gold album 'Battle Studies' (2009), and 'Born and Raised' (2012) plus 2013's 'Paradise Valley'.

Apart from having numerous awards under his belt, John Mayer has also earned a record seven U.S. #1s on Billboard's Top Rock Albums chart and 25 entries on the Hot Rock Songs chart—the most for any solo artist. In 2018, he released the Gold-certified single 'New Light' while working on his eighth solo album. He has also toured with Dead & Company for the third consecutive year, and launched 'Current Mood', his highly regarded Instagram Live show on Sundays which some have dubbed, "the best way to start the week on a high note, maybe even the only way."
