Five of the best UK-based liquid artists unite for onesevenfour 002's AU leg this March

Onesevenfour proudly present the next instalment in their premium event series, onesevenfour 002, to Australian venues this March. Kicking off at Brisbane's The Ivory Tusk, the famed concert series will head its way to Perth's The Court, Melbourne's The Penny Black and Adelaide's Lion Arts Centre. The final show will be held at Sydney's Manning Bar. Lighting up the stages will be five of the best UK-based liquid artists which include:

Fred V
Hailing from the south-west of the UK, Drum & Bass producer Fred V has elevated his trademark euphoria and melodic movements to new heights. Signed to Hospital Records as a solo artist, Fred V draws inspiration from the likes of future-bass, electronica powerhouse Flume and the neo-soul stylings of Tom Misch. Having spent the last seven years touring the world and receiving huge support across dancefloors and airwaves from the likes of Annie Mac, Friction, MistaJam and Rene LaVice, this marks his first return to Australia and New Zealand since the departure of his decade long successful collaborative project, Fred V & Grafix.

BCee
Head of the renowned label Spearhead Records, BCee has a serious collection of releases under his belt. This Drum & Bass heavyweight is responsible for over 100 tracks and remixes over the past 25 years. Some of his most notable works include remixes alongside big names such as S.P.Y, P Money, Camo & Krooked, Jakwob, Blu Mar Ten, Hybrid Minds and a whole lot more.

Villem
With constant support from D&B's top taste makers, Villem is the very definition of 174bpm neo-soul, specialising in punchy breaks and cavernous low-end that soothe the home-listener and destroy the dancefloor in equal measure. Villem is signed to Spearhead Records, co-producing Riya's album which featured their number 1 smash, Fear Bites, with award-winning vocalist, Dynamite MC.

The Vanguard Project
The Vanguard Project is the well-known superduo of Spearhead label boss BCee and Villem. With their self-titled EPs Vol 1–3 already creating a ruckus, a debut EP on legendary Fokuz Recordings and an impressive array of remixes for the likes of Stanton Warriors, Hybrid Minds, Utah Jazz, Riya, BCee & S.P.Y, there's little doubt remaining that this is a collaboration written in the stars.

Riya
Crowned queen of Drum & Bass at the Drum and Bass Arena Awards 2014 & 2015, Riya has put her versatile voice to work on countless hyped releases, from her huge singles 'Open Page', 'Seems Like' and 'Piano Funk', to 'See Your Face', 'Waiting On' and 'Fear Bites'. Riya is more than a vocalist; she's recognised as an artist in her own right, and her work has seen her garner a loyal fan base and a respect amongst her peers that most MCs/vocalists could only dream of. She released her debut album on Spearhead Records entitled 'Sublimation'. The album featured collaborations with some of the scene-leading figures including LSB, Break, Total Science, Enei, Hybrid Minds, Bcee, Dynamite MC, Frank H Carter III, Collette Warren and many more. Following the release, Riya took her live show around the world, showcasing her unique ability to mix whilst singing the tracks live. Definitely not a performance to be missed.

Before conquering Aussie stages though, the stacked bill will first be shaking grounds in New Zealand. They will be performing at Wellington's The Grand, Auckland's Studio and Dunedin's OUSA Main Office.

Grab your tickets and indulge in melodic chord progressions, uplifting vocals and good vibes with onesevenfour 002 this March!
