Due to the current global health crisis, American electronic artist and YouTube personality Marc Rebillet has had to postpone what could have been his first ever Australian performances this month. The Dallas-born, New York City-based musician is supposed to perform at the Brisbane's Fortitude Music Hall, Sydney'sMetro Theatre and Melbourne's The Forum. He also postponed his debut show in New Zealand happening at Auckland's Powerstation.
Here's Marc's statement on his Facebook page:
"Y'all, this is the worst.
Due to the growing concerns that coronavirus is inflicting worldwide, it pains me very deeply to say that I have to postpone my Australia/New Zealand tour dates. This is the hardest thing. I want to play for you and I fucking despise not being able to make good on my commitments. I'm so sorry.
That being said, this is not a cancellation but a postponement. All tickets bought for these dates will be valid for the rescheduled dates if you still want them! Make no mistake: I will be back to play these shows.
Additionally, I'm gonna figure out a good time to play a couple shows for you guys from my apartment. A little livestream or two on Australia time to let the steam off and have some fun.
