Log in
Log in to Eventfinda Promoter Portal with your account.
Go to Ticketholders
From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select Ticketholders.
Filter your list
Filter your ticketholders list down by Tours, Events, Ticket Type, Value, or Purchase Date as required.
Sync with MailChimp
From the Ticketholders screen, click the Sync With MailChimp button located on the right-hand side above the Ticketholders list.
Select your MailChimp List
From here, you will need to ensure you are logged in to MailChimp, if you aren't you will be directed to log in and authorise to sync your contacts and then select the MailChimp List to sync your ticketholders with.
Processing...
Your ticketholder list will then be imported into the Mailchimp list as a background process.
Confirm
Confirm in Mailchimp all contacts are there under your list tab.
