Bryan Adams – Shine A Light Tour in Victoria
Canadian rock icon Bryan Adams will be heading back to Australia in March 2019 for his 'Shine A Light Tour'! The Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter will be storming stages in Melbourne, Wollongong and Sydney plus performing two A Day On The Green concerts happening in Hunter Valley and Perth.
Before playing Australia though, Adams will first be wowing NZ audiences with performances in Auckland, Wellington, Nelson and Christchurch.
"Four decades in, Adams still sounds fantastic." - Manchester Evening News
"After more than 30 years in the game, when it comes to giving a show, Bryan Adams is hard to beat." - Stuff
"…barely comes up for air during his shows, performing hit after spectacular hit with effortless talent." - Express & Star
A certified superstar, Adams is well known for his signature brand of feel-good rock'n'roll. He has achieved a string of number one hits in over 40 countries and has sold over 65 million records across the globe.
He just recently released 'Ultimate', a celebration of a number of his classic rock ballads that have spanned the length of his four-decade long career, including hit singles 'Summer of '69', '(Everything I Do) I Do It For You', 'Heaven' and his Rod Stewart and Sting collaboration 'All for Love'. The album also spawned two brand new songs 'Ultimate Love' and 'Please Stay', Adams' first new music in more than two years.
The last 40 years saw Adams collecting an impressive number of accolades including a Grammy, three Academy Awards and five Golden Globe nominations. He was also awarded the Order of Canada and the Order of British Columbia for his contributions to popular music and philanthropic work through his foundation, The Bryan Adams Foundation.
Supporting him at all shows will be special guest Mahalia Barnes. Meanwhile, Busby Marou and Pierce Brothers will join the Hunter Valley show while Mark Seymour & the Undertow will hop along for the Perth ride.
