Carl Cox and Eric Powell's Mobile Disco 2018

Following the success of the very first overseas ‘Mobile Disco’ in Bali, Carl Cox and Eric Powell have dropped details for the Australian shows that will surely get disco lovers jumping into their feet. 'Mobile Disco' will be hitting Brisbane, Canberra (venue tba) and Seppeltsfield in November, with special guests Cece Peniston and Robin S.

Carl & Eric will be doing what they do best—digging deep through their extensive record collections and picking out their favourite soul, funk and disco tracks they grew up with and influenced them over the years. It’s a known fact that they have many gems in the archives!

‘Mobile Disco’ began in Melbourne with 150 of Carl & Eric’s closest friends in attendance. As years go by, the party got bigger and bigger with more friends & jazz, funk and disco loving fans coming along for the ride. Today, it is now a ‘Must Attend’ national tour playing to sold out boutique shows at some of the most picturesque locations across Australia. Just a couple of weeks ago, 'Mobile Disco' had Balinese grooving in fine form, marking its first ever run outside of Australia. It is also heading to New Zealand this November.

Both Carl & Eric will be entertaining the crowd from daylight till night. Cece Peniston & Robin S will also be performing live on stage. Cece Peniston and Robin S come from that amazing house music sweet spot of the 90s. These diva vocalists arguably have the two most iconic/classic genre defining vocal house tracks ever written—'Finally' and 'Show Me Love' respectively.
