U2 – The Joshua Tree Tour 2019

Irish rockers U2 are bringing their highly-acclaimed 'U2 – The Joshua Tree Tour 2019' to Australia this November. Announcing on Twitter, the renowned band will be performing in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and Perth, marking their first visit since the record-shattering 'U2 360° Tour' in 2010. Before the AU dates, the band will first be in New Zealand for a lone show in Auckland.

'The Joshua Tree Tour'—which first had its 2017 rerun in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the original album and tour of the same name—features the complete album played in sequence along with a selection of highlights from U2's thick catalogue of hits. The innovative staging boasts a specially commissioned series of films from longtime collaborator Anton Corbijn—in brilliant 8k resolution on a 200 x 45 foot cinematic screen, the largest high-res LED screen ever used in a touring show.

Confirmed as special guest on all dates are English rockers Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. Noel said, "We, NGHFB, are beside ourselves. 'The Joshua Tree 2017 Tour' was some of the most fun we ever had. It will be both an honour and a pleasure to share the stage with our friends and comrades once again. It's gonna be a ripper!".

Grab your tickets and witness U2 play 'The Joshua Tree' with the same energy, feels and emotions as before this November!
