Steel Panther – Heavy Metal Rules Tour

May 2020 will see what will probably be the wildest, wettest, dirtiest, hardest and heaviest metal tour to hit Australian shores ever—Steel Panther's 'Heavy Metal Rules Tour'. The American band will be pounding stages in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Newcastle with their mates Sevendust in tow. The band will also be surely topping lists of what's on in New Zealand as they will be playing Auckland's Powerstation before commanding Aussie stages.

Formed in 2000, Steel Panther are Michael Starr (lead singer), Satchel (guitarist), Lexxi Foxx (bass) and Stix Zadinia (drums). Hailing from Los Angeles, the epicenter for rock n' roll in all its debauchery and glamour, Steel Panther have established themselves as the world's premier party band, melding hard rock virtuosity with parody and criminally good looks. They are a global phenomenon with four full-length albums, world tours, platinum-level YouTube status and a #13 debut for their new album 'Heavy Metal Rules' on the ARIA charts. Rolling Stone avowed, "There's a reason Steel Panther have transcended their origins as a cover band playing the Sunset Strip," while Metal Sucks declared, "Steel Panther's concept is genius…their songwriting is…preposterously snappy—and relatable."

Special guests Sevendust, on the other hand, were last here in 2019 off the back of their 2018 album 'All I See is War'. Having been in the industry for more than 25 years now, Sevendust demonstrate a musical mastery that shows no signs of slowing down. Till now, the connection between fans and the GRAMMY® Award-nominated gold-certified hard rock outfit only grows stronger.

If you think you've seen the best rock show ever, then wait 'til Steel Panther, along with Sevendust, step on stage. Nab your tickets quick!
