50MarketPlace is a newly completed Shopping Centre built by Brisbane Land Marketing Pty Ltd. It is situated in the south-western part of the City of Logan, approximately 25 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD. Logan is one of the fastest growing cities in Queensland with a population of 300,000, 6.4% of Queensland. The population is expected to increase by up to 200,000 within the next 20 years.

50MarketPlace has approximately 1200m2 square metres of retail floor space. It is essentially linear shaped with all the properties facing Chambers Flat Road and a large car park at the front. It has provision for a number of shops on the ground level and a 24hr Fitness Gym is the dominant use on the first level.
