Alt: is the creative brainchild of two sisters, Nadia and Maria. Both share a deeply rooted appreciation for art and design, along with a strong desire to hunt down products that are sustainable and ethically made.
With a gentle nudge from their dad, Nadia and Maria decided to ditch their day jobs, combine their passions, and build a multi-purpose business that resonates with their values. As a result, Alt: is anchored in Nadia and Maria’s childhood memories: family events, a love for cooking, loads of parties, and the sharing of knowledge passed down from generations.
While cloaked in a sweet sense of nostalgia, Alt: is also future-focused: Nadia and Maria hope to drive awareness of the impact caused every time it throws something away.
