Bandit's Roost

This curly haired, caffeined fiend has dedicated his life to the roasted seeds of the coffee cherry. Not only is he a seasoned barista, but he is also the man behind Fat Coffee which imports and blends the best beans from around the world. It was through his most recent project at Shirt Bar, Sussex Lane, where he broadened his knowledge and love for a fine drink. He has now combined these two loves, alongside food from his Eastern European heritage, (with some help from his executive chef Neil Gottheiner, from Bondi's Lox Stock & Barrel) to bring you Bandit's Roost; the freshest bagels, mouth watering Reubens, extraodinary coffees and some pretty tasty drinks.

Our Bandit’s Roost is inspired by crooked laneways around the world, from Dickens’ London Town to Old Shanghai and the cobbled back streets of Sydney. It’s a hideout for whiskey drinkers and coffee connoisseurs; a cosy den for simple and satisfying deli meals. It’s a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city where you can always find some good banter and a great drink.
