Bar Bizu is an Australian owned small family business. “Bisous” is a French word that means “kiss”. The word ‘kiss’ is involved in its name as a reminder for it of the old “Keep It Simple Stupid” concept. In other words, it's trying not to overcomplicate things.

As proud Australians from all over the world Bar Bizu believes it is important to support local suppliers and when you live in Western Australia surrounded by some of the best produce in the world, there is no reason not to. In support of this, it aims to use local produce wherever it can, from its beers to its spirits, wine and food.

With Chef Marcello’s passion, extensive knowledge of local, fresh, trendy food and years of kitchen experience supporting the great range of drinks, it is able to provide a unique experience.
