Here at Barça we are extremely passionate about our food & wine. My background in butchery helps me to source and identify the best quality meats for the menu. Our award winning cheeses are supplied by my aunty and uncle’s ‘Locheilan’ Farm House (Shepparton) and our quince paste is produced from dad’s quince trees (Metung). In addition to this our family labelled wines, ‘Sedgley & Sons’ have been carefully tasted and selected from around Australia.
