Champainting

Champainting was founded in 2012 and established the Australian paint and sip market.

Over the last nine years as an industry leader, we have grown to 4 fully-owned and operated studios across Sydney and Melbourne.

Our creative philosophy has always been “Fun art, not fine art” and we believe everyone is an artist at heart, some just need a drop of ‘liquid creativity‘. We provide a safe and creative space for all our guests to unleash their inner artist.

Our sessions are about getting lost in a creative space, escaping and forgetting all your worries and creating something to be proud of. We welcome people of any level of artistic ability as all our sessions require no previous experience and they’re lead by our professional artists, step-by-step from start-to-end.

Since 2012, we’ve created 100’s of unique artworks inspired by famous masterpieces, customer suggestions and holiday snaps. We introduced the very popular ‘Paint Your Mate, Picasso Style‘ and ‘Paint Your Pet‘ theme sessions, which 1000’s of guests have enjoyed painting over the last 9 years. We’ve also held ‘Glow in the Dark‘ events, ‘HalloQween‘ drag nights, ‘Mardi Gras Celebration Extravaganzas‘ and many, many more.

In October 2019, we launched ‘Champainting VIP‘, a WORLD FIRST luxury paint and sip experience at Wildlife Sydney Zoo Sydney and Sealife Sydney Aquarium. Guests were treated to private after-hours venue access, grazing platters and drinks and a 2-hour paint and sip session in the heart of the attractions surrounded by wildlife. Our Champainting VIP experiences have since expanded to Sealife Aquarium Melbourne and collaborated with other unique venues with more unique venues to come.

Whether you’re looking for a fun and creative date night or just a reason to catch up with friends, our BYO or luxury VIP paint and sip sessions offer the opportunity to create a masterpiece while enjoying a glass of your favourite wine (or your alternative drink of choice) and nibbles. Our paint and sip sessions are an experience, something to enjoy with friends, the family or the whole work crew.

We offer both public paint and sip sessions 7 days a week, as well as corporate team building events, social events, hens parties and Xmas parties.

We are always on the lookout for like-minded, creative brands to collaborate with. And, if you have a creative idea, we’d love to hear it. We’ve worked with Disney’s Frozen The Musical, N2 Gelato, Merlin Entertainment, Bondi Sands, Boohoo, Nasty Gal, Novotel Darling Square, Postcards, Beauty and The Geek, Russel Howard and many more.
