After immigrating from Austria to Australia and working in the restaurants and tourism, Stefan Thomaschuetz decided it's time for an Austrian/German Bierhaus in Mona Vale.
Das Bierhaus Mona Vale is operating out of Sydney's Northern Beaches occupying the oldest hotel, the 'Rock lily', which was established 1886.
It's just fair to give this building with so much history a bit of respect and uniqueness.
Das Bierhaus is serving over 13 different beers and has an extensive wine and schnapps menu.
The menu is authentic and everything is produced in house by our Chefs, Niklas Lassen (German) and Lucia Hendrychova (Slovakian).
