Dromana is a growing precinct within the coastal part of Victoria. Situated 70km SE of Melbourne CBD. The property enjoys excellent exposure within the township as well as having prominence on Point Nepean Road.
The Dromana Hub Shopping Centre was constructed during 2000 and early 2001. The "old Ritchies site" was expanded and converted into the retail outlet of Sam’s Warehouse discount store. A new Ritchies Supa IGA and supporting specialities was constructed on the adjacent vacant block facing onto Point Nepean Rd. This gives the Dromana Hub the benefits of a "double anchor". The specialities range from chemist, doctor, florist, women’s fashion, hairdresser, bakeries, takeaway and fresh food together with an ice-cream shop.
The Dromana Hub encompasses car parking for approximately 250 cars and is within walking distance to the historical Dromana Pier.
