Located in the main street of mclaren vale, the heritage-listed, ironstone-walled cellars of tintara have been home to our hand-tended winemaking for over 80 years. Gentle open fermentation and basket pressing methods inherited from the original tintara cellars of 1863 continue today. Combined with the best of modern-day techniques, tintara remains true to the expression of mclaren vale character.
