The Jindi Children and Family Centre is a partnership between the City of Whittlesea, Goodstart Early Learning and the Brotherhood of St Laurence.
The vision of the centre is that the children and families of Mernda are empowered to achieve their aspirations in a community that is active, connected and engaged.
Its services include early childhood education and care for 3–5 year olds and playgroups for 0–3 year olds, and support for children and families experiencing or at risk of vulnerability.
It has a particular focus on providing information and support to parents that want greater participation in local economic and civic opportunities.
