Kittyhawk

KittyHawk is the 2nd bar from the Lobo Plantation team and the venue is an impressive reworking of the old bull bear and bondy’s venue into something akin to Lobo 2.0. It is however a tad more masculine, dimmer and quite the cocktail bar with one of the longest bar counters in Sydney. The makeover is rather startling taking what was previously a generi white tiled gastropub fit-out into a luxe war bunker with touches of colonial mix. Around the venue, dark chesterfield booths that easily sits 6–8, and on the street side banquettes and operable windows that will open up in the warmer months. The design language is not dissimilar to Lobo. Lights low, cocktails shakers jangling, you’re in for a goodtime. - Juggernauts.com
