The retail store is where customers collect their orders, where fresh coffee is made and where treats to eat and take away can be purchased on impulse.
It is also the bakery workshop space, where the doughs are mixed, folded and bulk proven. It's where each loaf is hand portioned, pre-shaped and bench rested before it's final shape. This is a working artisan bakery, not a hot bread shop. Sometimes we'll finish a critical measurement, or extract our arms from feeding starter before serving you. Please be patient, there are sensitive doughs growing.
