The Kyneton Dry Stone Walling Centre (KDSWC) is a purpose built training centre established to teach the ancient art of dry stone walling to the wide range of people interested to learn how to build and maintain dry stone walls in all of their forms, whether a feature wall, a rural heritage wall, for landscaping or for those who may wish to become qualified wallers.
The Centre is situated at Tanderrum, a lovely 200 acre (80 hectare) rural property located 5km north of Kyneton. Tanderrum embraces the original walls built between 1855–1864 by Dr Edward Davy, a notable physician and surgeon, chemist, inventor, distiller and wine merchant, journalist, newspaper editor, farmer, botanist and civil servant.
