The Mail Exchange Hotel is Melbourne’s newest pub, conveniently located on the corner of Bourke and Spencer Streets, Melbourne.
Housed in the basement of the former Mail Exchange Building, which was built in 1917, the Mail Exchange Hotel has been meticulously restored and features a 200-seat bistro, stunning central bar and internal courtyard, informal lounge areas, TAB Kiosk and wagering.
Dominated by original fixtures, solid timbers, textured leathers and bucolic pillars, the Mail Exchange Hotel offers a warm and inviting setting, and the perfect venue for dining, drinking and celebrating.
Head Chef Andrew Wisken oversees the menu, and presents a suburb pub-style menu for casual dining at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is complemented by a concise and interesting list of Australian and international wines by the glass and bottle.
