Mogareeka Inlet is a popular fishing area with locals.The Inlet is an irregular south-facing beach that varies in nature and size depending on the state of the inlet. At times it forms a continuous beach, at other times it consists of a series of up to eight pockets of sand in amongst the backing 20 m high bluffs and rocks.
