Perth Meditation offers a free introductory seminar where you can come and listen to what this meditation method is about and get to see the center and how it is being run. You can also ask questions when you come for the seminar. The free introductory seminar takes about 40 minutes. If you allow yourself about an hour, it should be more than enough.
