QPAC is a triumph of design, technical development and construction, offering arts presenters and the people of Queensland a choice of venues and services to suit every need.

Spacious foyers and corporate entertainment areas complement the world-class performance spaces. QPAC also boasts state-of-the-art production facilities, and a 'total event' management team including backstage and technical crews, front-of-house and hospitality staff.

Since its opening in 1985, the success of QPAC has been measured by the calibre of Australian and international performances that have been staged within its walls. With a history of sell-out musicals, plays, ballets, operas and concerts, QPAC has an unrivalled reputation for providing the right mix of location, space, service and venue.

Lyric Theatre:
The Lyric Theatre is a 2,000 seat venue with exceptional acoustics, large main and rear stages and an orchestra pit, and has been designed primarily for opera, ballet and large-scale theatre events such as musicals.

Concert Hall:
The 1,600 seat Concert Hall is a highly versatile concert venue. Although designed essentially for orchestral performances, the Concert Hall is also ideal for contemporary music and stand-up comedy, as well as range of other events including jazz, graduation ceremonies, international conventions and award presentations.

Playhouse:
The 850 seat Playhouse is a state-of-the-art venue primarily designed for theatre and dance. The Playhouse boasts sweeping views of the river and city skyline through the cathedral proportioned glass of the foyer and a glass-walled roof top function room.

Cremorne Theatre:
The Cremorne Theatre is QPAC's most intimate venue. With a maximum seating capacity of 312 patrons, it is ideal for creative productions, cabaret-style concerts, theatre, product launches and lectures.

Tony Gould Gallery:
Exhibitions are presented in the Tony Gould Gallery. The Tony Gould Gallery is accessed via the Cremorne Theatre entrance.

Studios:
The highly versatile Studios are suitable for performances, workshops, auditions, rehearsals or lectures and allow for a range of seating and staging configurations. Creative theming and minimum effort transform the Studios into unique function spaces.

Function and Event Spaces:
The prestigious riverside location and quality facilities of QPAC provide a range of unique spaces for every social occasion or corporate event. Whether it is a large scale gala opening night party, a wedding or a corporate evening of entertainment, you'll find the ideal venue and service at QPAC, with experienced staff, who will assist with all your requirements.
