Rouge Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery, café and brew bar located in South Brisbane. We believe in consistently delivering a high quality product and ensure this through the sourcing of our green beans, meticulous roasting practices, steadfast quality control in our cupping lab and extensive barista education. In a nutshell we source the best quality green beans and then roast them carefully to accentuate the individual flavour characteristics and aromas of each bean and then carry these through to your cup.
