Rushcutters

Rushcutters is a total food hub with a true sense of spirit and community. Located on Neild Avenue, Rushcutters Bay, the venue offers the local community a multitude of experiences from casual, through to private dining, to drinking as well as being a purveyor of preserved goods available for purchase.

Rushcutters aims to support farmers from the Hawkesbury Region. Rushcutters places emphasis on seasonal, fresh produce and always works to highlight the quality of food delivered from only an hour out of Sydney.

As well as supporting local farmers through The Cooks Co-op we also aim to support local community through the food we serve as well as regular market days and opportunities to meet the growers. Our aim is to enable a farm-to-table philosophy both in our own kitchen and in those of our neighbours.
