Staying active is a major part of maintaining your independence as an older person. However, it’s not always easy to find exercise programs that are suitable for older people.
This is why Southern Cross Care has its own dedicated Wellness Centre. Located in Preston, its Wellness Centre offers a range of health and fitness programs for people over 65 years.
Classes at the Wellness Centre will help people over 65 years to maintain their independence and quality of life, increase their fitness and meet new friends. Its health professionals will assess their current health and fitness, and create an individualised exercise program for them.
