This air-conditioned venue has a function room and meeting room. There is ample parking at the front of the facility which has disabled access.

The Tom Petrie Room is suitable for functions, meetings, seminars, workshops and classes. Resources available include portable stage, kitchen, audio visual equipment and air conditioning.

Kitchen includes: servery, commercial fridge, oven, stove, cups, glasses, cutlery and crockery, zip hot water boiler, dish washer.
Furniture includes: 40 light weight trestle tables, 330 lightweight chairs.
The Isabella Griffin Room is suitable for meetings, seminars, workshops and classes. Resources available include kitchenette.
Kitchenette includes: bar fridge, zip hot water boiler, stove. No cutlery or crockery provided.
Furniture includes: 15 light weight trestle tables, 60 moulded plastic chairs.
