The Hervey Bay School of Yoga

The school runs a 7-day per week program including classes, weekend workshops, and courses. It caters for people new to Iyengar yoga and for experienced students. It has classes for children and teenagers as well as classes for active seniors. The teachers are experienced practitioners who hold internationally recognised Yoga teacher qualifications. The Hervey Bay School of Yoga studio is a purpose built light and spacious room that is airconditioned and fully equipped. Our set up ensures students have the necessary equipment to practice poses with safety and effectiveness.
