The Old Priory

The Old Priory is centrally located in beautiful Beechworth North East Victoria one short block from the centre of town and an easy three hours from Melbourne and less than one hour from the Victorian and New South Wales border. Beechworth is an amazing and picturesque township and surrounded by many natural and historic attractions. We are located at the foothills of the snow fields for winter activities and also boast a beautiful spring fed lake or local town swimming pool for summer activities also.

The Old Priory building is a former Brigidine Convent which has been comfortably restored and modernised for accommodation, camps, receptions and conferences. Our staff prides themselves and good country hospitality whilst providing an excellent service to our customers.

Conference facilities including meeting rooms, whiteboards, sound equipment, data projector and screen and catering available. Fax, internet, email and photocopying facilities available at reception. Charges do apply.

The Old Priory facilities include:
- Accommodation for up to 210 people varying from budget accommodation to deluxe ensuite bed and breakfast and family self contained apartment.
- Concert hall including stage, dance floor, bar and open fire.
