The Upper Hunter Conservatorium of Music is a non-profit community based organisation providing music education and opportunities to all areas of the Upper Hunter region. The Conservatorium encourages students of all ages and levels to achieve their goals and aspirations.
The Upper Hunter Conservatorium of Music conducts lessons from various locations throughout the region, with studios operating from Singleton, Muswellbrook, Denman, Merriwa and Scone.
The main aims and objectives of the Conservatorium are to provide quality music and drama tuition to residents of the Upper Hunter, foster music as a form of social interaction, expression and creativity, whilst enhancing the cultural life of the community. Since the formation of the Conservatorium in 1997, hundreds of students of all ages have enrolled for lessons, courses and workshops.
