Heath and Melina Townsend have leased the Restaurant of the Wise family since 1995 and has carved its self into the regions bench mark Vineyard Restaurant. A chef by trade Heath has surrounded himself with passionate people who seek the same goals as himself. Heath attributes much of the Restaurants success to his staff having built a team with a wealth of experience.

This wealth of knowledge is testimony to the numerous culinary accolades including the prestigious Gold Plate Award, AMEX Best Vineyard Restaurant and has been regularly included in the Gourmet Travelers Guide to the best Restaurants in Australia.
