Witches Chase Cheese Company began in 2004 when Meredith and Andre Morris bought the (now old) factory in Beacon Rd. They had a deep desire to produce handmade cheeses to go along with their passion for drinking great beer!
With a modification to the cheese factory and Andre’s cheese training and certification from Gilbert Chandler University in Melbourne, the little factory started to produce cheese in October 2004. With help from its instructor Neil Willman, it opened its doors in November 2004.
