Village health day background:

In Bali’s most remote villages, where access to veterinary care is scarce or completely unavailable, BAWA shines as a beacon of hope to address the needless suffering of animals and a commitment to keep communities healthy and safe from Rabies.

In each Balinese village, hundreds of dogs and animals need routine health checks, sterilisation and vaccination. Without vaccination, these villages are indefensible to diseases such as rabies.

BAWA works within these communities at the ground level to rabies-vaccinate and sterilise animals and to support the community with routine veterinary care.

This unique village approach drastically improves the longevity of individual animal lives, supports population control, rabies eradication, and routine health care.

Population stabilisation and education with BAWA, enables community members to support their animals and promote overall village health.

We can fund BAWA’s introduction of animal health care in a remote Balinese village with your support. It can be a life-changing event for remote Balinese communities.

Please “paws’ and contemplate the good you can do to support Bali’s animals and communities most in need. Let’s give BAWA the opportunity to add one more Village Health Care Day in 2023.

Get your friends together, mark your calendar, and make your booking for BAWA on Saturday February 11th at Hainault Vineyard!
