Gertrude Opera is an independent Australian opera company with an international cohort, dedicated to presenting excellent opera-as-theatre. Producing a range of performances, exciting repertoire, treatments and opportunities for a combination of established professional artists and exceptional young artists from Australia and overseas.

They use opera to tell their stories and of others with established and emerging artists,
as a bridge to building careers and engaging a diverse audience.
