We are an Independent Public School that provides a positive, respectful and caring environment for students. We have a strong focus on developing the whole child and at Wembley Downs Primary School our vision is to inspire and equip students for the future and help every child to be the best they can.
Wembley Downs Primary School offers education programs from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our grounds are characterised by large trees that provide a shady environment and a basis for imaginative play. The original 1950s buildings provide an enclosed, secure feeling whilst our newer facilities, including a multi-purpose undercover assembly area, Early Childhood Centre and Library, assist in the delivery of modern education programs.
We welcome parents to become involved in the school community through participation in the Parents and Citizens Association. The P&C are a great support to our educational programs. The School operates under a School Board whose role is to determine the long term future of the school through the development of policies and a business plan.
