Best known for hits including "Rip it Up", "What's the Deal?" and "Sucker", Melbourne's own 28 Days are heading back to WA in 2019. Straight outta Frankston, 28 Days was formed in 1997 and introduced their distinctive punk-meets-hip-hop sound to the local scene. Their popularity quickly grew and it wasn't long until they were getting invitations to play all the big festivals around the country. The release of their second studio album Upstyledown debuted at number one on the ARIA charts and went platinum in July 2000, proving they were one of the biggest acts in the country.

Success took 28 Days abroad to countries including the US, Europe and Japan and they released an impressive five studio albums before taking a hiatus. In December 2009, 28 Days returned to the stage and began playing occasional shows, much to the delight of their die-hard fans. As they gained momentum once again, they revisited their past and toured Upstyledown in 2013, before heading back into the studio to begin working on new material.

With a close to original lineup, 28 Days have kept their trademark sound but added a fresh new twist. "Amber Afternoons" is the first product of their labour and is the perfect summer tune to kick back and have a few drinks to.
