5K Foam Fest

Canada’s largest and most popular fun run, The 5K Foam Fest, is returning to Australia with a bigger schedule this summer after more than 30,000 athletes and adventure enthusiasts turned out last year for the event’s debut Down Under.

Held across six locations nationally, The 5K Foam Fest offers anyone aged 8 years and above a unique twist on a five kilometre fun run with 22 exhilarating obstacles and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam providing a fun challenge for those of all ages and abilities. Having thrilled participants in almost 30 cities globally, the event is expected to have a few new surprises when it returns to Australian shores in summer.

Up to 5000 participants will descend on each location daily to take on 22 fun-filled obstacles including the world’s largest inflatable water slide, bouncy castles, mud pits and cargo climb, and more than 2.5 million cubic feet of all natural foam.

A free Kids Zone (for children aged under 7), delicious food and drink vendors, a licensed beer garden and an on-site DJ will also combine to create an electric festival environment.
