Our social events 'A Taste of Success' bring you inspiring guests with a point of difference, sharing their stories and experience and revealing what success means to them. which is followed by Q&A time and networking.
Tonight's guests are Dr Jonathan Middis, from Tamu Innovations which has developed Five10Fibre™—a functional food ingredient derived from the fibre-dense parts of the natural sugar cane plant; and Maria Glover, from Glovely who make a Kefir based pro biotic gelato, based on a traditional Irish recipe. Jonathan and Maria will be talking about their very different experiences, the challenges of launching a truly innovative product designed to improve our general health into an industry of fast food and instant gratification, and how they measure success when creating, developing and launching that new product or unique ingredient.
