Tonight's guests are Dr Jonathan Middis, from Tamu Innovations which has developed Five10Fibre™—a functional food ingredient derived from the fibre-dense parts of the natural sugar cane plant; and Maria Glover, from Glovely who make a Kefir based pro biotic gelato, based on a traditional Irish recipe.
