Just Desserts – Adults Only Tasting – Adelaide Fringe

Prepare for sweet treats and hot topics as Australia’s singing cook Michelle Pearson premieres her adults-only cooking cabaret, Just Desserts, at the Adelaide Fringe. In a departure from the heart-warming stories and songs of her Comfort Food Cabaret, the award-winning performer is using Just Desserts to explore themes of empowerment and equality.

Michelle, who feeds her audience while regaling them with stories and music, has developed Just Desserts after drawing inspiration from a recent international tour taking in London, Copenhagen and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The show will also explore themes of perfectionism, indulgence and desire.
