AFLW 3.0, Round 2: Western Bulldogs v Geelong Cats

This will be a big one. On Saturday night, February 10, the Western Bulldogs, return to the VU Whitten Oval to play their first home game for the season. They’ll be up against new addition to the league, the Geelong Cats. Fans will be particularly excited to see how Geelong stack up against last year’s champions. Get prepared for an awesome night as there’s more than just footy on offer. Gates open early so plenty of time to grab a bite.

There’ll be food trucks, a Cape Grim BBQ, and drinks from Two Birds Brewery Bar. Giveaways include ice-cream from Bulla Dairy and sunglasses; and, the Kid’s Zone will feature heaps of Bulldogs inflatable fun, a dance group, and temporary tattoos. There’ll be music too, which comes courtesy of Bob Jane T-Marts who’re providing a DJ to get the vibe going. Then top it all off with fireworks. It’s going to be a magic evening of footy and fun for the whole family. Best of all, entry is free.
