Argentina vs Australia Wine Dinner

Learn more about Argentinian vs Australian wines over dinner with Palermo this June, as the fire-fuelled Argentinian venue presents the next event in its sell-out wine dinner series.

The Argentinian dining destination welcomes guests to a wine dinner with resident wine expert Emilia Flotts. Guests will be guided through Malbecs from the vast mountains of Salta, Argentina, to classic Australian varietals from St. Ignatius Winery in north-west Victoria. Emilia will provide insights into winemaking processes from the two countries and how they differ in taste and characteristics, based on factors such as climate and terrain across the regions they originate from.

The evening includes a smokey Argentinian three-course dinner prepared by Head Chef Mikey Dalton, a guided tasting through four wines before being given the chance to settle in with a chosen pour. Guests will also be gifted a Palermo-branded wine glass to take home.
