Art Therapy Sunday: Movement & Stillness (Clay) with Mariangela Vecchi
Simple Art Therapy methods & mediums will be used to explore and transform pain & grief into strength & joy. This is the first in a series of workshops utilising Art Therapy mediums: Clay, Water Colours, Soft Oil Pastels, and Sand Tray. Classes will be supported by the practices of Dru Yoga and Somatic Meditation. These workshops are facilitated by Art Therapist Mariangela Vecchi & Buddhist Psychotherapist Ruth Donnelly
Beginners welcome. BYO yoga mats and blanket for relaxation. Meals and Accommodation available separately.
