Spending your nights counting sheep? At the wheel of an overactive mind? This World Sleep Day, Audible.com.au is joining forces with The Indigo Project for a free session that celebrates the importance of relaxing our busy minds before we sleep, through the power of sound.

The 45-minute workshop will be run by Mary Hoang, Founder and Principal Psychologist of The Indigo Project, who will guide attendees through exercises using the power of sound and mindful listening while also delivering expert knowledge and evidence-backed strategies designed to relax the mind to an optimal state of rest. The experience will activate four of the five senses; sound, smell, sight and touch, whilst also exploring your individual sleeping habits and the importance of winding down. If you haven’t heard of an aural cleanse before, get excited to learn more about this technique as well!

The workshop will end with a surprise Audible audiobook recording, narrated by a well-known author that will support your state of true relaxation. Once the workshop is complete, you will be equipped with codes to redeem for complimentary audiobooks from Audible (Audible login required) as well as key relaxation goodies, tools and skills to incorporate into your everyday life.

This is a free event, but spaces are limited, and tickets are essential. So get in quick!
